Thanks Texas Speed

I want to put a special thanks out there to all my team mates.... I have learned many things from all the people on the team. I learned what to do and what not to do. The made me want to go fast when i was having hard times.... I found this team in Shreveport when this Crazy guy named Kyle Davey came in our rink in Shreveport and wanted to start a team..... Well we tryed starting a team but it didn't work so i was not going to give up. i later found out that he skated for a team called Texas Speed Club so i joined and i love everyone on the team.... THANKS TEXAS SPEED

The Results Of 2009 Indoor Nationals

Well I had fun at nationals this year and that's all that really maters. I have never walked away from a meet without a medal around my neck or without a trophy in my hand. i have learned from going to nationals that i am not that great of a skater... I will be training from know on twice as hard...Me leaving where i do i have no team to join Near by... i skate for Texas speed out of Austin and that is a 6 hour drive. I have learned that if you want to chase your dreams you have to train to reach theme. Well this next few months i will do just that . and i promise all of you next time you see me at a meet you will wonder what i have been doing ...

As most of you know I will be Going to indoor Nationals here pretty soon. july 18th to the 25th. They are going to have Nationals Live on the computer so that people can watch back home... How I Became A Speed Skater

I grew up on skates due to my grandmother running a rink. i was Always at the rink having a good time. Started skating when i was about 3 years old. I always liked to hang out with friends and skate fast. As i got older i started to get intrested in competing. So i made a team with my friend laetten. So we got these cool shirts made and got everyone at the rink to join the team,it was a big team when it all started. So know we had to find a coach.LOL we found one alright, he was a country boy who thought he could coach so he did what he could do for us. So then we started having practice. When we first started skating we had like 20 members of all ages. Then when everyone saw how serious the sport was they didnt want to come no more cause our coach sucked, but i didnt care cause i wanted to go to meets and skate ...... Well anyways the team just falls apart and the rink does not want to do it cause they are all about money..... So i was not going to give up i, i had dreams and i was going to chase them..... so i did. Kyle Davey moved to town and he told me about a team he skated for in Austin Texas. So i had to join, Called the coach and he said he would love to have me on the team. I am Know A member of Texas Speed Club
